Spotlight on Gene Storms
Gene grew up on a farm in Clearwater, MN where his mother (97 years old) lives to this day. Gene attended a one-room schoolhouse which was very close to their farm. The schoolhouse did not have running water until Gene was in third grade. He met his wife at St Cloud State University. He became the managing partner at Northwest Mutual in 1992 and retired in 2007 after a cancer scare (all clear now). Gene and Bev have three sons and four grandchildren. They spend winters in Arizona and they have a condo and hunting land near Mille Lacs.
