Spotlight on Dick WardDick was born in Spokane WA but soon moved to Iowa where his parents were from. Grew up playing basketball. Started college career at University of Nebraska-Omaha but transferred after a year to a small Lutheran University to study business. Dick’s first job out of school was selling electronics but left to work with Chicago Northwestern RR in their real estate division and he has been working in Commercial Real Estate since then with General Growth Properties and later forming his own Company.
