At the Above and Beyond Awards Dinner on April 25 we recognized 9 seniors who went "above and beyond" during their high school experience.... through overcoming adversity; being inspirational to others; displaying a great attitude toward life, school and others; improving their GPA, etc. Conn McCartan, EPHS principal, and nominators told the students' stories to honor them in front of their family members, their nominators, the School Board, top district administrators, and many Rotarians and community members. Each student received a framed certificate, a book and a $150 textbook scholarship for future studies. Congratulations, students! You are an inspiration to us!
