ABD Foundation Support

The ABD Foundation is a non-profit organization that recruits minority High School girls from inner-cities across the US, and enrolls them in Eden Prairie High School. The Rotary Club has provided both financial support, as well as many hours of volunteer help from its membership. The students have been guests at one of our weekly meetings, and regularly participate in some of our service projects and/or outreach programs geared toward HS students. Each fall the ABD program sponsors a Fun Run/Walk around the Purgatory Creek Watershed Park which was first started by a Rotarian and his wife.
