Beyond the Yellow Ribbon

This is a new program where a city can develop a comprehensive program to provide a sustainable community support network for people serving in the military and their families. It requires a community to present a comprehensive plan with identified community supporters to this organization and if approved the city can be designated a BTYR community. www.beyondtheyellowribbon.org/home
